    I think that Tulane is beginning to improve much of its vegan and vegetarian food options on campus. In my past years on campus, it has been hard to find vegetarian and vegan options in the dinning halls and food court. Even so, I have always found something to eat, and for the most part, I have really enjoyed the food. Last, year, it was even more difficult to find options on campus– I even had difficulties finding non-dairy milk options. Now, looking through the dinning hall, I have really enjoyed exploring all of the options that they have available
