There are always vegan options in “The Caf” (Hoff Dining Hall), and they’re always labeled with a blue leaf. There is non-dairy cheese available at the sandwich stations and pasta stations – you just have to ask for someone to go get it for you. “The Caf” is very vegan-friendly. However, Ryan’s Pub has no vegan options (besides fried pickles and the like, not a very nutritious meal). You can find vegan snacks at Coffee Emporium on most days (some wraps are vegan, there are Odwalla bars, pita and hummus, and their vegan coffee cake is delicious), and Currito can hook you up with a vegan burrito since they have tofu. Their triathlete smoothie is also vegan.
