My school has almost no vegan options. They barely started having vegetarian options but its not that hard to go the extra mile and switch out dairy and eggs for better healthier alternatives that are vegan friendly.

The best the school did was have non-dairy milk (more for the lactose intolerant people) and have a small box on glutten-free food. Very non-vegan friendly, made my time as a vegan extremely challenging.
