The schools “vegan entree” is a sad salad from the salad bar and the occasional mushy vegetables. Staff does not know what it is in the food so its hard to go to the cafeteria and truly know if what you’re getting is vegan or not. The only thing you’re sure of being vegan are some of the cereals (which are not labeled as vegan, you just have to know by looking online) and the soy milk, which is not restocked constantly. Overall, if I could give this school a rating, it would be a D. Outside of the cafeteria, the food courts only vegan options are a black bean patty at which which , vegan drinks at Starbucks, fries from chick fila, and that is it. The burrito place on campus, sharkys, uses chicken stock in its rice and beef stock in its beans, and there is no vegan meat option.
