The food at Washington College is not at all palatable. Although they do technically offer one vegan entree at every meal, this is basically pasta and marinara sauce every day, with the occasional unpalatable veggie burger (think Morningstar brand, or a brand of equal quality). Because of their lack of vegan options, many vegan students have to make the hard decision of either attending Washington and not getting the proper nutrients or going to a different school. This decision should never have to be made and is certainly unacceptable for a school of Washington’s caliber.
