Considering we’re an agriculture school, this is pretty impressive (since we have so many dining halls, maybe just one could do meatless mondays??? Like D2 could offer the dining pass at a lower cost on that day??)

One cool thing I would add is the opportunity to volunteer at Kentland Farms. It’s in the process of becoming organic and you can help grow, maintain or harvest crops that will appear in the dining halls. For those interested in growing their own produce (which is just another proof point that vegan diets can be incredibly inexpensive) it’s an awesome way to get involved.

They have an app that lets you know exactly what foods are vegan. There aren’t a ton of vegan options but there are a few at each dining hall. They have plenty of non-dairy milk available, but virtually no vegan deserts are available.
