The vegan options here are pretty good. Foods are clearly labeled, and a vegan option entree and soup is always offered. The salad bar is great. They have several flavors of soy and almond milk and sometimes offer soy yogurt. During March, they celebrated health month and offered vegan desserts and promoted the 30 day vegan challenge. The dining halls also participate in meatless Mondays.

I recently visited Villanova as a prospective student and was impressed by their vegan-friendly dining hall. Hot options are clearly labeled vegan, like the black bean wrap I tried. It was sooo good! They also have a huge salad bar and a sandwich, bagel and bread station.
