    There is always more than one vegan entrée at every meal. If something is not already out on the counter and ready to be served, you can order a vegan item and the chefs will make it special for you. All vegan entrees are labeled, and nondairy milk is advertised and offered. I don’t know if the school has a vegan member on its student advisory board. This school does not, however, partner with students to distribute vegan food, participate in meatless Mondays, or have an all-vegan dining facility. That being said, I still (as a vegan) feel that the school has enough choices for me to maintain a healthy diet so I am highly satisfied with the dining at Ursuline College.

We've been closely monitoring the status of colleges and universities across the United States over the last several months as many of them have moved to remote learning because of COVID-19.

This means that numerous schools have scaled back their dining programs or halted them entirely. For this reason, the PETA Vegan Report Card's annual update has been delayed.
