The vegan options are limited on this campus. The dining hall staff sometimes incorrectly labels food as vegan when it is in fact not vegan and there are no vegan desserts available either. Additionally, the meals that are served are not creative or varied each week; there seems to be a lack of variety in entrée dishes served at dinner in particular.

Ursinus offers vegan options in both dining halls. However, the frequently run out of their vegan materials such as vegan cutlet and vegan cheese. Also, many of the options aren’t nutritious enough to be the only thing served. For example, sometimes the “vegan meal” is just rice.
