I love the options here! We have tempeh often, stirfry with tofu, daiya cheese for sandwiches, 2 types of veggie burgers everyday, and those are just the foods that are specifically for vegans! There is so much everyday like pasta, salads, of course cereal, plenty of fresh fruit and bakery items. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the food here.

There was almond mild occasionally, always soy milk, in chocolate too. I would always have to ask if it was vegetarian or vegan and they had no idea so they asked the boss. There were veggie patties at the burger bar, but I had no idea until I asked, they were NOT GOOD, FELL APART. There was no sign saying ( ask for veggie burger, that should be made known). There was a pretty nice salad bar, but always stayed the same, no change ups. 3 kinds of beans, only sunflower seeds. The fruit was out of a plastic bag- not fresh and filled with chemicals ( probably don’t actually know the truth). They had spinach or tomato wraps at the sandwich bar with normal and red pepper hummus and tubule. They did not have spinach at the sandwich station though. They occasionally had non- meat soups, id have to ask if they were vegan. Usually not due to cream and chicken broth. They never labeled vegan desserts we barely had desserts. They did not let us know if they had gluten free pasta but they had a sign for gluten free buns. I have no idea if there was a vegan member on its student advisory board id assume not from the struggle it was to find out if food was vegan or not. Does not do meatless Mondays, does not have an all- vegan station and does not have an all-vegan dinning facility. Does not promote vegan options. I did a protest with my friends on earth day to get the dinning halls to start composting. They said they have plans to do it and may sell some of it to a pig farm down the street for them to eat. I don’t even want to eat the food and I would not feed that garbage to a pig. The meat always looks GROSS. This school was not helpful at all for a vegan diet.
