UO offers so many vegan options. One dining hall has a make your own pasta bar with vegan parm and vegan mac n cheese. A lot of the halls have vegan cheese. Very good vegan options.

I’m an Industrial Design Master Student on the Portland Campus of UO. The staff is pumping out heartless designers, they have NO care in the world about all the leather and wool in Action Sports Product Design Department. Vegan’s get treated with low grades.

Does have some vegan options in various dining halls, but not in all and what they do offer is few.
