The dining halls frequently don’t have any labeled vegan options on weekends, but their menus are inaccurate and you don’t know whether there will be anything labeled vegan until after you pay. There’s almost always a salad bar and white rice, but a lot of the time, that’s all you get. They label the one or two vegan entrees, but there are other foods that are vegan that are not labeled and some foods that look vegan but aren’t, and it’s very confusing. The food is often mislabeled, and I’ve seen unlabeled non-vegan food in the vegan section many times. The risk of accidently eating something nonvegan or paying buffet prices for a 3-ingredient salad is very high. If you take a tour of the dining halls during the work week they’ll put out all their best options, but the vegans get royally screwed over on the weekends (EVERY weekend). I already wrote a review mentioning the fact that there are never vegan desserts but I wanted to add more information here because this university tries to make itself look a lot more vegan-friendly than it really is.

There are no vegan desserts, your information is inaccurate. (I’ve lived there as a vegan on the “meal plan” where I only eat what the campus provides, and in the entire year I’ve been there they have not once offered any kind of vegan dessert (except on the two or three food truck visits from specific companies).
