I get extremely frustrated eating vegan while at school here. The menu boards frequently label foods as vegan when they definitely are not, the “healthy” vegan options are almost always swimming in oil and salt, and I do not think they are very careful with cross contaminating vegan foods with non vegan foods; the other day I found an enormous chunk of what I believe was beef in my “vegan” lentil soup. I will say, however, that when they do vegan food right it can be extremely delicious. My favorite vegan option that is rotated through the menu from time to time are Thai tofu lettuce wraps with spicy peanut sauce, yum! Overall, I would give them between a 60-70%, not great.
