The University of Northern Colorado does NOT satisfy any of the points highlighted on this list. The only thing vegan-friendly is the nondairy milk.
Even after begging the school to support its vegan students and offer what is said on this list, the dining service administration could not have cared less. They were uncooperative and made ZERO effort for the concerns of its vegan students.
If you’re vegan be prepared to eat nothing but iceberg lettuce that has WORMS in it! (True story)
AND also be prepared to smell burning animal carcases from the many nearby farms who burn all the waste from slaughter!
