There are rarely vegan options available besides rice and vegetables. That is not healthy. We need more vegan proteins and vegan snacks/desserts. Vegans like to eat too.

There is rarely ever vegan options beyond rice and vegetables. Rarely ever any proteins beside peanut butter. There are never any vegan burgers. There are never any vegan desserts or snacks. You’d be lucky if the alternative milks are refilled. Also, only soy milk as the alternative and that should change.

The cafeterias have plenty of delicious vegan options except on the weekends, but veggie burgers are available every day!
