Dining Hall has greens and grains station, in addition to broad selection at salad bar. Dubs has many plant proteins, lentils, and the best vegan bar-b-q. Opa has great vegan options.

there are defiinitly options for vegans and often more than just one. they definitly make an effort to accomidate us. It is not uncommon that they run out of the vegan means and take a very long time to prepare them, so it would be nice if they made efforts to have a good amount of vegan food.
