Things at UHart are changing. Aramark has created a weekly meeting for Vegans. They take suggestions and make a really nice vegan lunch for the group. There is currently an all-vegan station and this is considered the advisory board. I would like to see uHart upgraded to an A.

it looks like dining has more options this year then they did last year for vegans and they have a vegan group to talk about menus that im apart of.

There is very little in the way of vegan options; we have a bunch of vegan items to put in your salad but most/if not all of the dressings are not vegan, we have vegan boca burgers at our burger place, we have a pita place with many vegan options, and we usually have a pasta station that has vegan options as well. The main problem is that they do not use new pans or have a separate grill for the vegetarian/vegans when they order, so that limits much of what you can have.
