Meh. There ARE multiple options for vegans at every dining hall. But sometimes the staff does not know things like that there are eggs in the black bean burgers. Most things are labeled with ingredients, but not vegan labels. Besides Oreos and vegan ice cream (in some locations), vegan desserts are few and far between. I’ve been vegan for 2 years with a meal plan, and surviving.
