Absolutely disgusting vegan options. Never offer protein. Nothing is cooked with vegan utensils. They don’t try at all. One day they served me strawberries with balsamic vinaigrette on top for lunch and dinner.

The A rating is some BS! There are no vegan desserts ever. Besides unripe fruit. Never seen meatless monday advertised. Not always vegan entrees. Actually usually never. Cheese, egg, and meat heavy menus. The single all vegan station is atrocious. Unseasoned, uncooked vegetables, tofu, and meat replacers are downright inedible. They are not available all the time anyways! Only sometimes! I literally got burnt rice, a severely undercooked, underseasoned stir fry, and it was prepared by the staff with attitude because it wasn’t their typical meat offering. This school is at best a C-. They do not offer faux vegan meats like they claim.
