Mislabeling or non-labeling happens on a daily basis, but there are always local and fresh vegetables available. Homemade hummus is available always and there is tofu galore. Many times there are vegan options outside of the “grains” (all vegetarian) line.

It is ok but there are usually the same options everyday with little variety. I have also had some days where there are no vegan options at all and I had to improvise at the salad bar.

Pretty great. My only complaint is that they don’t label or mislabel food sometimes. And they should have more vegan desserts. 🙂
