With the College’s President a vegan and the school leading a “Wellness Revolution”; Spelman College vegan dining program is making a huge impact on their campus community very quickly. Spelman Dining introduced it’s version of “Peace of Mind Station in Fall of 2012 and hasn’t looked back. Our cooks are specially trained in Vegan culinary prep and presentation and we offer a wide variety of ingredients, seasoning, and cooking solutions to make sure our students vegan entrees have variety, flavor, and pizzas. We also have Meatless Mondays and and an Italian station Vegan cooler with everything from organic vegan salad dressings, desserts, pizza’s, and vegan queso and a lot more. Our deli line offers Tofurky and Vegan bread, we serve black bean burgers at our grill, and we have tons of protein options on our salad bar as well.
