There is a salad bar and a couple vegetable dishes that usually change every day. However, these dishes are usually as simple as “boiled broccoli”, “plain kale”, etc. so, it is pretty hard to get creative. There is usually apples, bananas and oranges out. There is one cafeteria with a “vegan station” that includes one dish. If you happen to live near that cafeteria, you’re very lucky. no cooking is allowed in the dorms so you can only have snacks and stuff if you have a fridge. I stock up on granola bars and bu fruit from the not-so-close grocery store.
