While the dining hall does participate in meatless mondays (at least they claim to) and offers non-dairy milk, their vegan selection is hardly “every meal” as claimed. There’s usually something to eat, but I don’t think fries, salad, and peanut butter quite counts, which is the usual weekend offering

I have eaten at the dining hall many times. They have a salad bar, a freezer/fridge with veggie options, and always have vegan/vegetarian options at each meal. I am also in the honors program where we get many special meals, and they always have options. Many of the restaurants around town are strictly vegetarian/vegan or are vegetarian/vegan friendly.
