Just correcting the criteria….in addition to the three we have nondairy milk (both soy and almond) readily available in the dining hall. There is also a vegan student member on the student advisory board. In addition to this, they label vegetarian and vegan entree’s even in the non-vegan zones of the dining hall.

At Sewanee we have a great vegan line that always had brown rice, some kind of bean, and either a a sweet or naked potato. There are also three other dishes as options that change depending on the meal. Usually there is some kind of protein like tofu, seitan, or beans as well as vegetables, and another rice. Soy milk is available in the milk dispensers and there is almond milk in a separate fridge. The vegan line is always vegan and sometimes also gluten free. The food is always top notch.
