Our school no longer has a vegan section in the cafeteria. It was replaced with an “allergy free” area that serves meat and steamed vegetables. They offer soy milk but I struggled to find vegan options at every meal. I think I ate more salads last year than I ever had in my six years of veganism. I had my meal plan waived because the school was not willing to offer vegan options at every meal. This school should not receive an “A” grade. A “C” would be more appropriate.

There is a garden on campus with fresh produce that is provided to the dining hall. There is a vegan/vegetarian dining area on campus and everything is properly labeled as such. Fresh fruit/salad bar and vegan milk options as well.
