Overall, Radford Dining offers many options for vegans and vegetarians on campus. They even offer a to-go line called, “Jack & Olive” that features pre-packaged food items that appeal to special diets of choice and some allergy needs. In the dining hall, there is a dedicated station that focuses on providing meat-free options, as well as a variety of plant-based proteins.

As a student, I’ve actually taken the time to meet with the dining hall manager about implementing vegan options, they’re in the process of making changes and recently added labels, however they are not always reliable and the lack of options can be frustrating.
