Jamess
The vegan menu is really hit and miss. Most times there is only the option of fries, baked sweet potato or a pretty boring salad bar. There times when there are consecutive days where the main vegan station doesn’t offer vegan. Also, more than half the time it is laden with gluten as well. I am very displeased with the accommodations here. My previous community college had more options for both vegan and gluten free. With the cost of the university I think much could be improved.
