    Otis College of Art and Design’s cafeteria offers made-to-order tofu scramble breakfast burritos, vegan soups of the day, vegan chili, fresh salad bar with vegan dressing options, made-to-order vegan burgers, hand tossed vegan pizza, non-dairy frozen ice cream bars, coconut probiotic yogurt, and non-dairy coffee options.

We've been closely monitoring the status of colleges and universities across the United States over the last several months as many of them have moved to remote learning because of COVID-19.

This means that numerous schools have scaled back their dining programs or halted them entirely. For this reason, the PETA Vegan Report Card's annual update has been delayed.
