My friend went to this college, though I don’t go to college, I had spent the day with her and we had a meal there. The were little to no vegan options, and what was there was unsatisfying.

There are very few vegetarian and almost no vegan options available on campus. The meatless options that are provided often have very little protein (meaning they are much less filling), or are basically meat dishes sans meat. There are so many great vegan foods it there that are filling and exciting. I feel that the lack of options sends the message to other students that being vegan is difficult, tasteless, boring. I want to encourage others to go veg, not deter them.
