I went to Millersville for a day and ate lunch. They offered a salad bar, soy milk, vegan burgers, and fries. I really liked the food.

  • Jeff Jones

No non dairy milk, they usually had “veggie” sausage or nuggets a couple times a week but the staff was unsure if they were vegan or if there was egg and or milk ingredients. “i assumed they were morning star or boca, meaning they had egg”. The salad bar was good, they had tofu a couple times a week. Very little options for vegan athletes who need high protein options. The campus food stores had very little vegan options besides fruit.
