There’s always a sald bar with plant protein such as several kinds of beans and tofu. Additionally an option to have a veggie wrap or sandwhich made at the sandwhich bar (there is options for gluten-free bread and wraps some of which are vegan). A station with hot beans or a bean entree with rice is available at every meal and there is another entree that is always vegetarian and a good amount of the time vegan. There is an allergen zone that has non dairy milk options such as soy and almond milk. There is usually a good supply of fruit such as pears, apples, bananas, and melons. In the freezer of the allergen zone there is usually some “Amy’s” vegan entrees such as vegan, and gluten-free Macoroni and Cheese. Also vegan and gluten free cereals.
