They do a good job in making sure to offer vegan meals and now recently added vegan desserts but I do feel that they need some more tasty options. They don’t always taste that great.

Labeling is a mess. As you can see from the image, sloppy joes with meat are “vegan” and kale with chicken stock is “vegetarian.” All signs are equally as misleading, some no where near this obvious. So, they make “vegan” meals, but there is no way to tell if they are truly vegan. They do not respond well to students asking for ingredients listings and generally do not care. I’ve tried to create some changes, but they refuse. If you are vegan or a vegetarian, I would recommend you stay MILES away from this school.
