For a university with a world renowned CULINARY NUTRITION!!!!!!!!!!!! program….this school does not satisfy my vegan (or even vegetarian for that matter) needs at all. I am a third year student, and not once has my university sent any type of survey or anything asking our feedback or intake on developing more plant-based menu, or even healthier dining options. It seems as though everything revolves around either meat, fried foot, or desserts. I love JWU but they really need to do better.
