IUPUI actually does label things in the dining hall if they are vegan or vegetarian! Has a decent bit of options too. They also have a great make-your-own salad place in the campus center that has tofu. Asian stir fry place also has tofu as an option. Pretty decent for an urban, commuter college. I am fairly confident they offer non-dairy milk for breakfast in the dining hall as well.
