Georgetown University does NOT participate in Meatless Mondays, and they only serve vegan “desserts” during lunch a few times a month. Their vegan options are not nearly as good as they are making them out to be on the dining website. Also, Georgetown does NOT “promote” vegan options, rather it tolerates them.
