As a student here I’ve seen our food options transform over the last three years.
While there is still progress to be made, there is always vegan and a veggie options, almost always more than one. There is an amazing salad bar, there are dairy free milks and they listen to the wants of the students.
We’re a super small campus, and our student body itself has a high demand for meat, the campus dining services feed students what they want, they listen to students and when we rallied for more veggie and vegan we got it.
