    I would say it is not that bad. I am also not picky. Lots of tofu. Usually the vegan selection is honestly not terrible and sometimes very good. I only skipped lunch once. At LC, they have a small all-vegan section which makes things SOO easy, it’s great.

    Dining has increased the vegan options in the last few years and both campuses now feature a full vegan station in the dining halls. It’s awesome.
