I am disappointed with their options. There is a vegan option every lunch and dinner on the weekdays, but none on the weekends. The vegan meals are often a disgusting tofu or seitan mush and white rice, or sometimes a joke like tortilla chips and vegan sour cream. When I have tried to talk to the head chef and asked if he could at least insure a daily vegan soup, he refused and told me that I need to change my diet. On the bright side, the salad bar is alright, with all the basic veggies plus hummus.
