There are some corrections I’d like to make to this. I am a current student at DSU. There ARE non-dairy milk options. Both are soy (vanilla and chocolate..no plain) Also, I wouldn’t say there is a vegan entrée at every meal unless you count the salad bar which is nearly the same every day. There are vegan options at every meal, but not always enough to fill you up. For example, some days they have a nice vegan soup with 2 or 3 vegan sides..some days they have one or 2 vegan sides and that’s it (not to mention one of those may be fries or something..not too nutrient rich)..at least it is all labeled. There are sadly never any vegan deserts whatsoever.
