Only labels some vegan entrees, for the most part it’s up to you to read the ingredient list. The express line (one that changes daily) will have a meat and vegetarian option, sometimes that option will be vegan sometimes it won’t. And there is always a vegan patty offered. There are vegan cookies/brownies in the kitchen in a box labeled “vegan,” though they don’t put vegan desserts out for the entire cafeteria. They have become a lot more receptive to vegan options and have improved a lot–but there is still room for improvement.
