Research shows that Gen Zers specifically view going vegan as a way to promote compassion toward animals, address the climate catastrophe, lower their carbon footprint, and promote sustainability. They have a whole vegan station (called Rooted) and at least one vegan dessert option offered in one of our dining halls every day that rotate on a bi- or tri- weekly basis. At the other dining hall, we have a make-your-own stir fry station that is really nice to make your meals at. There are consistently various and delicious vegan options available at both dining halls, and I’ve never had any issue finding multiple good options for me.

The options are Great. There is one offering on the Hot food line at ever meal.
There is a Sizzle station the students cook at to create their own Vegan Master piece.
