Sincerely Disappointed
Peta needs to update their report card on this school. Half the time the vegan option is inedible it’s so gross. We no longer have a fully vegan station, they removed it. They don’t promote veganism, and I have never seen nondairy milk in a dining hall- only for sale in the convenient stores for twice as much as Walmart prices. The vegan options are a joke. Unseasoned baked tofu, undercooked rice, veggies that taste like they didn’t even wash them, garlic spinach that has so much garlic I had to literally spit it out because it was so gross. This school is pathetic and I miss the vegan options of Kent State. I transferred to BG my junior year, love the school except the food. Giving this place an A+ is bullshit, they deserve a C- at best. The salad bar tofu isn’t even vegan, like WTF. stop serving tofu and seitian with nonvegan ingredients- what’s the point??? Step up your game BG.
