I have not seen their egg/mayo replacements or their nondairy milk anywhere in the cafeteria. They do clearly label the vegan food in the main dining hall, but do not have information on the vegan options at other dining locations on campus. The vegan meals are hit or miss, and the station that offers vegan meals has some of the most discolored and not fresh vegetables of all the stations.

Bentley seems to do a great job with their service. They have a Simple Servings station that offers a hot items daily. They also participate in Meatless Mondays once or twice a month. They promote Vegan options throughout the day and have Vegan students on their food committee. I did notice that they added almond and soy milk.

Offers labelled vegan food during lunch and dinner, with an all-vegan station. However I have not seen nondairy milk, or vegan desserts. Overall I have been satisfied.
