Baylor provides lots of great vegan options! Each dining hall typically has at least one designated vegan station, many of which are made to order, so there’s a ton of room for customization. There’s also a lot of options in stations that are not designated as vegan, and I have no trouble finding things like fresh produce, tofu, beans, lentils, plant milks,(there’s usually 3-4 options per dining hall) and even fun items such as veggie burgers, vegan wings, and pasta dishes. The staff is also really great about helping me find options if I need it. I’ve been vegan my entire 4 years at BU, and am overall really satisfied with the fresh and healthy options that were available to me.

Has awful canned food; nothing vegetarian or vegan at all.
