    Fairly satisfied, I do not have good options for vegetables a lot of the time they have butter for flavor. I usually just ask. There is always a really good salad bar with TONS of options and fruit. There is a fridge designated to those who don’t have milk or diary. There is vegan cheese in there and various types of non-dairy milk. Often there is vegan cream cheese as well with fruit bars for desert. On occasion they have tofu dishes but not often. The food is marked vegan/vegetarian or not too which really helps
