There are barely any vegan entrees here (some weeks there aren’t any) so there is barely any food to eat except the salad bar which is often cross contaminated with egg and meat or there are bland sides that consist of uncooked tofu and cilantro garnished salads. I have sent emails about this issue twice and have gotten no replies despite not having meals to eat during the week.

VERY FEW vegan options other than a salad bar. No veggie burgers or any other meat substitutes, and every option from the sushi bar has meat or dairy in it, and they get very picky with you if you ask them to do a custom order. And if you’re a glute free vegan? Forget it. Might as well pack a lunch from home.
