Columbia University makes extravagant climax but options that it does not actually serve or such options take so long to prepare that they are functionally unavailable. The dining halls routinely mislable options, and the administrators of the dining hall are actively threatening vegan students with the prospect of less options if they ever complain about the number of vegan options on engage in “protest.”

This spring, Columbia finally added a vegan station in John Jay Dining Hall after some petitioning from students! It’s now pretty easy to eat vegan on campus.

Columbia has a multiplicity of dining options and when it comes to vegan food it soars completely. Especially John Jay dining hall, the vegan options are plenty and delicious!

There are a few vegan foods in all in the cafeteria. There is one vegan lunch entree, and for breakfast, you can have cereal and soymilk or oatmeal. Some side dishes are vegan. The food isn’t the best, but even my non-vegan friends think the cafeteria sucks. More vegan options are definitely needed though!
