    I graduated from RMC 5 years ago and was relegated to eating mostly salad every day. I was a new vegan and thought that was what my life would be like forever. Little did I know about all the amazing options from vegan pesto to veggie dogs, soy cheeze pizzas, and even faux fish filets! I hope the school improves for future students to be able to obtain healthful, eco-friendly, cruelty-free foods!

How to Get Better Options »

We've been closely monitoring the status of colleges and universities across the United States over the last several months as many of them have moved to remote learning because of COVID-19.

This means that numerous schools have scaled back their dining programs or halted them entirely. For this reason, the PETA Vegan Report Card's annual update has been delayed.
