    there are always some kind of steamed vegetables, beans or rice available but you have to be wary of beans and vegetables having non vegan ingredients added. Occasionally they will offer vegan entrees freshly made as a main course for meals but this is a rare occasion, though the chefs are more than happy to make items vegan friendly by request.

    outside of the dining hall they have soy milk on tap even though it’s usually empty.
    and inside the student union building they sell a lot of vegan snacks and smoothies, but I would like too see a real vegan option offered every night, one gets sick of rice and steamed green beans rather quickly.
