    Vegan options are available to students at all of the locations. There is one station in the dining hall that I like that has a rotation of vegan/vegetarian menu items. I especially enjoy that all of the locations offer a nondairy milk for my coffee. I did notice that they had a Meatless Monday meal this past semester as well. The dining team also is getting much better at pointing out the vegan/vegetarian options to students.

    I think the vegan selection kind of sucks. I end up eating French fries and ice cream everyday because I usually don’t like their one choice available for vegetarians

We've been closely monitoring the status of colleges and universities across the United States over the last several months as many of them have moved to remote learning because of COVID-19.

This means that numerous schools have scaled back their dining programs or halted them entirely. For this reason, the PETA Vegan Report Card's annual update has been delayed.
